No improvement for me. Just completing 5 stays in FL. My room preference says high floor but every single time I have been given a low floor room. The only hotel that mentioned my status was the Hyatt Coconut Point which always treats Diamonds well.

Currently in Coral Gables. Used a suite voucher and we are in the smallest room that I have ever had here even without a suite voucher.
