I will state again what I said above and you have conveniently chosen to ignore.

The Germans may not revoke/invalidate a Schengen visa issued by the Swiss (except in certain specific circumstances), but they are within their rights to deny travel to Germany using that visa at their discretion. That is essentially what occurred.

The visa remained valid for travel to Schengen states (and indeed, it was used for travel a few days later). The only finding that was made was that there was a change in circumstances from when the application was submitted (which was an accurate and valid finding). Once such a finding was made, there is sufficient grounds to exercise discretion to deny travel. This was a subjective assessment and it is quite possible (indeed, likely) that a different officer on a different day would have made a different ruling. However, Herr Moll made this ruling and it was a ruling that he was authorised to exercise his discretion to make.

There was no finding made by Lufthansa. They referred a matter to the German Government for advice and the German Government made a ruling that they complied with. If there is any further clarification required, it cannot be provided by Lufthansa.
