Question for anybody who flies frequently between Glasgow and London Heathrow. Today is the second time in a month that BA 1481 departing at 4:10 PM leaves Glasgow before BA 1489 departing at 3:35 PM. And BA 1489 is delayed more than one hour. Anybody would know the reason?

Since I'm dirt for BA, I don't get them to put me on the flight leaving first. I guess I'm spoiled by USAirways since they always let me change flights. Do you know if with BA they would put you on an earlier leaving flight if you are at a high level of membership or only for people that buy unrestricted tickets?

I still hope to make it for the happy hour at the Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5.
