Best reason IMO to walk through the whole of D terminal at DFW? Great artwork, scultptures etc. Was standing over the floor mosaic with birds etc the other day, very pretty... there is (or was) an interactive walk-thru piece with sound too. Terminal D is one of my favorite termainls anywhere (if I have to be in a airport terminal, that is!).

The views from Skylink are terrific! Not only of the airport but of the D & FW skylines too. I once had about 7 hours to kill due to flight cancellation, and even AC bored me, so I rode about 4 or more loops around on Skylink. I met a few nice people (incl ice cream delivery guy) and got both views and good people-watching.
