Lucky you. Our Business Class award booking on DOH-LHR in two weeks' time was cancelled, UA didn't tell us (I found out when I went to double-check timings on united.com) and now we're faced with cancelling a trip or forking out $1500 on new (Y!) tickets.

Anyone else experienced this, or have any suggestions?
