Hi. I am new to the mobile boarding pass and had a few difficulties with it. I managed to download my boarding pass to my Android tablet using the app without any difficulty. My wife doesn't have a Smartphone or equivalent so I tried to use Online Check In to download a PDF of her boarding pass to my tablet for offline printing but it insisted on saving the downloaded file as .htm which I don't appear to be able to do anything with. Furthermore, attempts to email the PDF also failed with a message along the lines "We cannot display your online boarding pass". Does anyone have any ideas please?
