Just spent an useless 10 minutes with a phone agent. Apparently I cannot check in because:

- My flight is more than 24 hours away (not).
- I am waitlisted for an upgrade (right).
- My departure city (FRA) does not qualify for OLCI - only Canadian departures do (???).
- It is a codeshare flight (no, it is AC metal).

Where do they find these people?
