.... happens when there are significant delays when there is snow. Delayed luggage is simply one of them. It can be a pain, but that's what cabin luggage is for, and when in C you can take two bags.

Not a very nice thing to experience, but probably more to do with the baggage handlers than LH. Flying with others might not change that much.
