If I may hijack this thread a little, but I may be able to pick the same brains!

How is the rental car set up at MAN working? How long am I likely to wait for the shuttle bus at T3? Do the drivers help with luggage? Do they have luggage trolley when you get off the bus to eventually get your stuff to the rental car?

If anyone can answer these questions, I would appreciate it.
