Points needed for top redemption category vs Avios if you convert (from memory)

Hilton / 50k / 5k
Priority Club / 50k / 10k
Starwood / 30k / 30k
Hyatt 22k / 11k? tBC
Carlson 50k / 8k
Marriott 50k / 10k

Starwood is the only one where I would bother taking the Avios, unless I thought I would never earn enough for a redemption

And only a total fool would swap 50k of Hilton (£200 of value in New York for eg) for £40 of Avios
