Bringing up impress-sounding but non-existent jurisdiction and applicable law issues regarding telephone calls with telephone agents will do nothing to change the ludicrous nature of your assertion.
And I simply refuse to believe that you insist on paper letters, naturally containing all the "essential" jurisdiction and applicable law clauses according to your posts, every time you want confirmation about something as trivial as registration for a promotion.
Finally, to refer you back to your first post where you stated you would trust your Ambassador but not the normal telephone agents - your beloved Ambassadors unfortunately share exactly the same jurisdiction and applicable law issues as the normal telephone agents. I sincerely hope you find a satisfactory solution to this bombshell soon.
