IIRC, there is a left luggage facility there, but checkin doesn't open that early (it's not like PVG with its hourly flights). The lounge isn't worth more than 5 minutes of your time, but the nice thing about T1 is there are so few flights that you can cut things very close to the deadline and still be okay.
