please excuse me if this question has been answered before.

I'm travelling on the sole BA service from syd during christmas period in first. Its my first time. I like to maximise the opportunity as i have never sat on BA first before.

I understand that BA doesn't do early check in at this airport and wonder if this is the case still. there is some information on the first lounge, essentially saying that spa bookings cannot be taken in advance. Wonder how true this is.

I'm not sure about other intricate details about BA first and obviously any info would be helpful. I was drawn to them due to the generous baggage allowance which i understand is up to 32kg per bag.

I tried searching on the forum but most of the information appear to be focussed on US and british airports.
