I've been using BA Transfer as well, reliable and fixed price. You can book online and even pay with Amex (and Amex recognizes it as Travel spend, so you get double points if you have Amex Gold for example).

Quick check and it seems £47.50 from North to T5 (if you register with them, otherwise it's £50).
