Assuming you're flying DL (based on your post in this forum), you'll be leaving out of Terminal 1C (Delta and Frontier). The CLEAR kiosk is just to the left of the priority lane (far left of the security checkpoint) and is very obvious.

In terminal 3 if you go to the premier boarding security you miss it completely, and of course at SFO the terminal 3 premier line is often really long so knowing where CLEAR is - and that it is no where near priority but a ways away over by the economy security - becomes important. I only saw one security line in today so was easy. And fast, thankfully. On a short timeline and the line was long.
