buying SPG points to convert to Avios

You get 31,250 Avios

20,000 SPG plus 5,000 conversion bonus = 25,000.
6,250 = 25% bonus bonus

$560 USD is about £350, so it's about 1.12 per Avios.

It's tempting, but I am going to resist it this time
