Hi I an a newbie to KVS, just upgraded to Platinum v 7.1.1

Trying to check First class award/upgrades for a BA flight ICN-LHR on 06/01/13, I have seen the message on the KVS web site saying:

[Awards/BA-OneWorld] Method Temporarily Unavailable 11 Dec 2012
An updated version will be released shortly. In the meantime, please use the [Awards/OneWorld] Method.

So I select method as Amadeus:awards/oneworld

I then get "requested method requires a Qantas FF number, which I don't have as I am BAEC based in London.

The POS offers me values AU-QFA-SP1/SP2/MLT/OWY - not sure what these mean but I am interpreting them as Australia and Qantas in some way, maybe?

Any ideas, all help appreciated.
