PC still can't correct my email address
I've called and emailed for several months to no avail. The PC representative here told me which email to send my issue to, but no matter how many times I'm told it the issue is fixed, half my emails go to my old address and half to the new one. This includes special offers, reservations, and cancellations. It seems to be an IT problem of some sort that no one can fix.
It's aggravating because I have to keep my old email open just for Priority Club so I don't miss anything important. Has anyone else had this problem when they changed emails?
