Downsized laptop bag

After my trusty Andiamo carry-on's handle bit the bullet, I'm re-evaluating my whole luggage lineup. For the first 5 years or so of travelling I carried the Tumi "Look ma, I'm a consultant" laptop bag, and then switched to backpacks, finally settling on a North Face that's been bullet proof.

I'm leaving the oilfields and more casual clients, so rocking suits once again and I need something a bit more "upmarket," and also want a smaller bag that won't have me walking like a pirate with a wooden leg. Here's what I need to carry:

- Small 13" laptop, currently a "regular" macbook pro but soon to be an Air
- Tablet (iPad or similar)
- Couple of chargers, documents, etc
- An ability to expand to house a small camera (Olympus micro 4:3) (optional)

Ideally, I want a bag that will look respectable with a suit, but also something that I can also dump out all the work junk, and put a sandwich, camera, and tablet in, then hit the streets for a walking tour without screaming "Tourist with bag loaded with goodies you should steal!" We're probably talking ballistic vs. leather, and size-wise more messenger/man purse than the Tumi monstrosity. Understated is probably the key, fashion-wise, and just to make things difficult, it actually needs to be comfortable to drag around the world.

Tom Binh Zephyr seems to fit the bill, anything else I should be looking at?
