This is saver award space on LH FYI. After a few hours, phone agent is able to see what EF and UA.com can see.

and i say "after a few hours" as I had an alert set up from EF when the seats opened up.

Sounds like a timing issue between systems.

Curious, did you just keep calling UA until they recognized the availability or if you kept the agent on the line, what did you say to keep him/her on the phone for a couple hours? Just wondering as I have an EF alert set up for some LH award space and want to be prepared at T -14 if this happens.
