I presume you have the Visa Reserve card since you will have Gold status?
Don't worry about the bump, should happen by time you arrive at Conrad. I find the system works quite quickly.
You can always call HHonors and ask them to manually change status. Also, send an e-mail to Conrad GM and indicate your status has changed to Gold and you would like to confirm on-site benefits
