So I've been trying to redeem miles with OK plus since fall.

Sometime in fall I requested YYC-FCO-YYC for April 2013.
Result: sorry, no flights within the whole month.
It took 1 month to get a response.

I felt that the whole thing was falling apart, so I went for what I thought would be an easier route: I provided multiple destinations and practically the whole summer as the window for my travel
("any weekend with stay of 2 nights between May and July 2013, YYC to New York, San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles").
Another month passes. I'm getting another response "sorry no flights available. do you have other destinations?)

So I'm asking: ... I gave you like 70 options!!! What exactly do you mean?

A couple of weeks passes. Here's the phenomenal response (quoting):

"As my colegue told you, there are no opened flights in America for bonus tickets. If you have some other destinations, please do not hesitate to contact us."

So basically they're saying that they have no itineraries in North America for a whole year ahead?

This company really must cut the crap, go out of business like next week, and relieve anyone of any hope to redeem...
