I would suggest you get a taxi to Kowloon Airport Express the taxi driver will then offer you a deal all the way to the airport. I wouldn't pay for a regular price taxi to the airport if travelling alone, the Airport Express is often quicker and simpler, but most taxi drivers are pragmatic about this and will offer a deal.
