Yeah, the forward card is a no-brainer on dining spend. Without the Premier card (redeeming points at 1.33x for travel) even, Thank You points should be easily valued at 1cpp. even if you value them lower, say, 0.8cpp, that's still 4%, which is double the CSP or Amex cards. Plus, no annual fee, compared to the CSP.
