If you want Towers lounge access you have to stay in the Towers.
If you stay in the main house your upgrade will be in the main house only.
An upgrade in the Towers will be to a Harbor view room from a standard, to a harbor deluxe from a harbor, or to a corner garden view suite. It has rarely been reported to get a harbor view suite as an upgrade.

This hotel has always been great to me and I always find that Asia hotels honor Plat members with an upgrade of some sort unlike domestic USA hotels where the percentage of upgrades is much lower.

And as for me, I always stay in the Towers and prefer a Harbor view room over a corner suite any day.
