My travel agent can not book a flight from DOH to JED??

My UK travel agent are unable to book me certain flight on QR DOH to JED in the UK, saying that this route can't be booked in the UK?

I find this hard to believe..........could it be a problem with the agent's GDS - they use Galileo?

Any thoughts?
