I had the exact same thing happen to me.

I was very curt with the person, and demanded they get out immediately.
All cute comments aside, I was in my underwwear, and was livid over the occurance.

Afterwards, I demanded the hotel manager come to my room to speak with me. I did not pay for my 3 night stay in an agreement that I would not elevate this to corporate nor flame them in a stay evaluation.

Not sure how much of a frequent traveler you are, but I have over 50 or 60 nights a year at IC properties for over 20 years. I'm guessingthat figured in to the decision.
