Best: Ritz-Carlton Boston Commons - Upgraded to a one bedroom suite but this was due to it being an AMEX FHR reservation and not due to lowly Silver MR status. Beautiful hotel with some of the best staff I have encountered.
Worst: Courtyard Chicago Hightland Park/Northbrook - Not a particularly bad stay but the hotel was in need up an update
