I've only stayed at the Sheraton in Foshan so I can't comment about the rest.
I didn't see anything much of interest around the hotel area, but the rooms and lounge were nice and spacious. Lounge food had also a great variety and was pretty good.

If you need recommendations for a taxi driver to take you around I can recommend one that I hired a number of times. He speaks good English so it will be easy for you to go around.
