T5A (the main terminal building) has two lounge complexes: North and South. The North complex has only one lounge, which is available to all those flying business. The South complex has lounges available for those flying business, first and BA Gold or OW Emerald card holders.

In my pre-Gold days, I tended to favour the South complex and have only visited the North lounge once, but I'm not sure if I ever had much of a rationale for this. Both are good and have very similar offerings to them. The South lounge has the Elemis Spa next to it whereas the North one doesn't.
