Also, I wonder how he managed to get the Asian meal? On every TPAC flight I've taken they only board a few of those and the GSes claim them all.
I felt the same way upon reading it - was so disgusted that I didn't even bother to post about it here. It read like an advertisement written by UA's PR team. OK, everyone doesn't have to be as disappointed with this company as I am, but this article totally ignores well acknowledged problems and says nothing but good things.
