The bonus for me was arriving at BKK the plane was parked at an intl gate so we got an unexpected air side tour of the tarmac while being bussed to the domestic air side entrance.
That happens to me from time to time on UTH-BKK and I really dislike it. For the amount of time that the buses spend driving around the airport, they might as well just drive me into the city. One of my pet peeves.
