The on-line YTD spend seems to be "live" and not simply the data from the last statement. I had some pending purchases "clear" since this morning and the spend has gone up by those amounts.

I believe as long as you deduct the "fees" item from the YTD total, and the result is more than $25K you (and me) should be good.
