Thanks fozziedoggie - So just to clarify, you suggest calling HHonors and making the reservation rather than doing it myself online? Do I mention to them that I have this certificate to use? And will that be enough for them to hold the room (rather than securing it with my credit card, which I'm still very wary doing!)
