I like relaxing in a comfy chair, with a selection of magazines, a glass of wine, or a G&T, a plate of cheese, crackers, hummus etc. and relaxing before a flight. Grabbing a shower if I have come straight from the office, or connecting, or after a long flight is bliss! So nice to be able to shower and change, grab a nice breakfast etc. in London before continuing my journey. Free wifi, printers, helpful staff etc. are all good too!
