I've heard it's difficult to always get credit back to other *a partners, but that the problem is based on which fare class. In oct/nov I flew akl-chc and received my credit. I also flew zqn-akl and akl-hkg on ANZ, followed by hkg-icn on OZ. Everything but the akl-hkg has posted - the zqn-akl was Y, the HKG-ICN was C, and the akl-hkg was J - and J most certainly should have posted with a 50% fare class bonus.

any thoughts on what's going on?
