You really need to draw a distinction between a threat of violence ("if Sir Beardy quits the airline business I'm going to kick him in the nuts!") and the posturing of two CEOs ("I bet Sir Beardy a kick in the nuts VS won't exist in 5 years."). The latter is not a threat of violence.
