1) If the hotel is at 100% you can expect a Club Room (i.e. a standard room with club access on your key)

2) You will probably pay RACK, but if you want space, yes. Good use of certificate. Remember that these are guaranteed once you apply them.

3) Diamond benefits are the same across all Hyatt hotels

As for the PH, it's a 7 minute walk from the GG, but I believe you may get Yarra views of the fireworks on NYE.
