about 2-months back Marriott introduced an asian plat benefit to include suites when available...............not that the Singapore Marriott would follow such a benefit even when available............but if you've already made res at the JW & Ren check your res and see if you've already been upgraded by one or the other...........

Anybody have a suggestion whether we go with the Renaissance vs the JW?
I've stayed at the JW a couple of times and seemed nice enough. Only issue is the pool is out of commission not that we would be swimming that much but I remember it as being pretty nice.
Mostly I'm interested in getting a large enough room.
