I assume by your post that this will be your first time in a business class cabin?

One thing I must mention is regarding your expectations. Please manage your expectations to a reasonable level - flying in business class is not the ultimate luxury that all the marketing blurb will let you believe.

Yes, you will have a nice seat, food slightly better than economy and a slightly better cabin crew to passenger ratio. But its still a seat on a plane. The cabin crew can be hit and miss, but recently BA have improved in my opinion.

The spa treatments are not worth the hassle or time - if you want a proper spa, don't have one in an airport terminal!

That being said, the hard product on BA Club World is very good. Apologies if the above sounds a little negative.
