I just booked a rewards stay for my wife as a Christmas gift / weekend away from myself and 4month old first child. I booked a standard reward - poolview room for 40k a night. Timing would be March 1-3rd 2013 (I know Spring Training may limit options for upgrade, but I already got beat up on her airfare). Does anyone have a GM contact so I can write them and try to score an upgrade? I searched the threads pretty deeply...but wanted to see if Diamonds have been able to get upgraded to a villa? She is travelling with a friend and I am sure they would love it!
