At last they are closer together. I don't believe LH/OS/LX check-in extends to K which is a separate area (formerly BA check-in zone R).
On a historic note, I vaguely remember checking in for an OS flight in a sort of separate enclosed F "mini hall" with 4 faux leather armchairs in 2010, but can't remember where exactly it was located inside the T1.
