My mother and I will be flying to STR this week to spend the holidays with my son who is stationed there. I'd like to give her access to the SC because she arrives from PHX a considerable time before I do (DEN) and I want her to have some place safe and quiet to stay and rest in. The same thing happens on our way back, she leaves ATL-PHX after I do.

I've looked all over DL.com and can only find the fax in application. Any ideas?
