Hi. Honestly, no. Even east coast to SIN via the west coast wouldn't get you that kind of mileage. Close, very close, but unless you're VERY lucky, perhaps find a travel agent who'll sell you a consolidator ticket that'll earn miles, but within your time frame I'd be very surprised if you can get it without big tricks like fuel dumping, etc.
