If AC gives you E75, that is nice, but even if they don't, E50 has almost everything E75 offers.

I'd have to agree with this. E75 you get to upgrade @ T-5, E50 is T-4. But with R=0 where's the benefit?

I think E75 can upgrade AC Vacations, but many ACV packages can be had in J for only a few hundred more which gets you COS bonus.

For $400 I don't think it's worth the spend to get the miles in this case.
