Kind of embarassed to be asking such a newb question, but a search here and on DL.com is inconclusive. Quite simply, does Delta no longer make a special distinction between check-in minimum times for domestic and international flights? Historically I thought the rule was always 60 minutes minimum for international departing the US, but that is no longer expressly stated here:

This was never really an issue for me anyway since I usually depart JFK which has a 60 minute minimum even for domestic flights (which checked bags), but tonight I'm flying CVG-CDG and CVG's minimum check in with luggage is 30 minutes. In my case I have checked in online already but do need to drop some bags and show my Russian visa to get a BP. As I know this airport well and it's fairly dead I would be comfortable showing up 60 minutes to drop the bags and get my BP. DL's web page would seem to indicate no problem but I'm a bit suspicious and don't want a problem if I show up at T-59.
