I've always able to get the F-class counter to give me a buggy voucher to use the Pier, as I told them Wing doesn't have true F service. But today, a guy (maybe that's why, heh heh) turned me down, saying since my gate isn't on the other side, if I want to use the Pier I needed to take the airport rail or walk (yeah, he literally told me to walk, heh heh.)
Looks like CX management is cracking down on buggy vouchers...
