If you don't have a thin-face and don't mind crossing row 30 from left to right to the toilet, then sit on the left side. There's minimal traffic because there's no toilet on the left side. If you get left side row 31, sit on the window seat, for me it's the ability to lean against the wall that helps me sleep.

Now, personally believe the front row PEY seats don't recline as much as other PEY seats. So I, personally, would never get front row again. Also, the IFE screen for the front row seats are horribly positioned, and it's hard to watch the movie laying recline.
