On the 777 with the toilet in the PEY section, most people seem to think 31 A & C are the best. Nobody in front of you and nobody crossing in front of you to get to the toilet as in Row 30 seats. In answer to your question, there is plenty of room for all row 30 passengers to get out without bothering their neighbors. Row 30 has extra room to accommodate crew and passengers crossing in front to get to the other side. 32 H & K are bulkhead seats also, but directly behind the Toilet which could mean more foot traffic from people in Y behind coming up to the PEY toilet. I'm booked in 30G on my upcoming flight, but only because 31 A & C were already booked. Note that if you are picking seats online, it may show all the bulkhead seats as "unavailable", but just call Cathay and they will assign you one if they are available. You can see the seating chart for this aircraft on the Cathay website. The seating chart on Seat Guru for this aircraft is incorrect (it shows 3x3x3 across when it's actually 2x4x2).
