BQB is attempting to expand
Courtesy of airliners there is a reference to BQB looking to take IB's place in MVD-MAD market. El Pais announcement

Quite a bit of comment on the potential reaction of AR to this development - and should BQB attempt to provide MVD as a hub with connections to secondary Argentinian cities.
